Commission ToS

-Commissions are for personal and non-commercial uses only unless discussed otherwise.
-Artworks used on platforms used to generate profit will incur a commercial-use fee (Twitch, Youtube, etc).
-The commission will be chosen at my own discretion and it will NOT be first come, first served, so please send me references and I will reply if I choose to work on your request.
-The prices of the commission are base prices, and may be increased based on complexity of the character and request.
-Additional props and items may add extra cost.
-Requesting edit is free during sketching stage, but once sketch is confirmed, edit requests will incur extra charges unless it is very minor. (eg. adding small accessory, changing facial expression, my own mistake in the design)
-I own the rights to all of my artworks. The artwork may not be edited without my consent, redistributed, reproduced, or used for profit, which includes but is not limited to paid digital downloads, NFTs (non-fungible tokens), AI generation, and physical merchandise.I Will NOT Draw
-NSFW and Suggestive characters
-Complex machinery / Mecha
-Armor
-Real people

-Multiple characters (Max 2)-Negotiable on a case by case basis.Payment
-Prices are in USD
-Once I have accepted your commission I will email you the invoice.
-Payment upfront. Work will be started once payment has been received.
-Commission will be completed within approximately 4 weeks.
-If I am unable to complete the commission due to my own personal reasons within 3 months, you will be refunded fully.
-Partial refunds will be provided if you decide to back out of a partially completed commission, depending on the amount of work completed.
-No refunds for completed artwork.
